All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you via email.

  1. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–5 Business Days

Express Shipping: 3–7 Business Days

International Shipping: 7–14 Business Days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to become available after shipment.

  1. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

In some cases, products from the same order may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. If this occurs, you will receive tracking information for each shipment where available.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
